Celui du maire de Blausasc,<span>\u00a0<\/span><strong><em>Michel Lottier<\/em><\/strong><span>\u00a0<\/span>et son \u00e9quipe, qui se sont donn\u00e9s les moyens pour offrir une restauration bio, locale et saine, mais aussi celui de<span>\u00a0<\/span><strong><em>Nicolas<\/em><\/strong>, un chef de cuisine talentueux. Mais \u00e9galement les personnels attentifs et \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9coute \u00e0 la cuisine centrale<span>\u00a0<\/span><strong><em>\u00ab Les Glycines \u00bb<\/em><\/strong>, aux restaurants scolaires de Blausasc Village et de Peillon qui ont un r\u00f4le important \u00e0 jouer, notamment dans la lutte anti\u00ad gaspillage. Une reconnaissante qui va \u00e9galement vers le partenaire de cet engagement,<span>\u00a0<\/span><strong><em>William Robert<\/em><\/strong><span>\u00a0<\/span>de la<span>\u00a0<\/span><strong><em>soci\u00e9t\u00e9 SNRH \u00ab R\u00e9gal et Saveurs \u00bb,<\/em><\/strong><span>\u00a0<\/span>sp\u00e9cialiste local en restauration collective.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019\u00e9quipe de la cuisine centrale r\u00e9gale chaque jour 180 \u00e9l\u00e8ves des deux \u00e9coles de Blausasc et 100 des \u00e9coles de Peillon.<span>\u00a0<\/span><em>Quel r\u00e9gal\u2026<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>\u00c7a se passe \u00e0 la cantine<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>On ne se lassera pas de commenter les bienfaits d\u2019avoir une cuisine<span>\u00a0<\/span><strong>\u00ab\u00a0Bio\u00a0\u00bb,<\/strong><span>\u00a0<\/span>avec un chef talentueux et du personnel attentif et performant \u00e0 la cantine des \u00e9coles. \u00a0Souvent, le chef<span>\u00a0<\/span><strong><em>Nicolas<\/em><\/strong><span>\u00a0<\/span>se d\u00e9place pour pr\u00e9parer les repas devant les enfants, ce jour-l\u00e0 en pr\u00e9sence de<span>\u00a0<\/span><em>C\u00e9line Duquesne<\/em><span>\u00a0<\/span>conseill\u00e8re d\u00e9partementale et des \u00e9lus.
